We collect minimal information to provide our services: your name and email address for account management. We do not store the photos or videos you process.Technical data like IP addresses is used briefly only to prevent abuse and ensure service stability.

2. Transient Photo Processing

"Your memories are yours alone."

When you upload a photo, it is processed in real-time by our AI engine. Once the animation is generated and delivered to you, the original photo and the generated video are immediately deleted from our processing servers.We do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. No Data Retention

Because we prioritize your privacy, we do not provide long-term cloud storage for your media. It is your responsibility to download and save your generated memories instantly. Once your session ends or the download link expires, the data is gone forever from our system.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on world-class partners to power Family Memories without compromising your data:

Polar.sh: For secure, encrypted payment processing.
Vercel: For hosting our lightning-fast application infrastructure.
Prisma / Postgres: For secure management of your account settings and subscription status only.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access or delete your account information at any time. Since we do not store your media files, there is no archive to export; your privacy is guaranteed by the immediate deletion of your files after processing.
