1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Family Memories, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Usage Rights

You must own the rights to any photos you upload. Family Memories is not responsible for copyright infringement of user-uploaded content.

3. Subscription & Credits

Credits purchased are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Pro and Family plans grant you full personal rights to the generated cinematic videos.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload photos that are unlawful, defamatory, or violate the privacy of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI animation engine.
• Use the service for bulk automated creation (spam) unless authorized via an Enterprise plan.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service and your remaining credits will cease immediately. You are responsible for downloading your generated videos before closing your account.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in technology or law. We will notify you of significant changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
